Born and raised on a cattle ranch in Missoula, I’ve always loved Montana and all it has to offer. One of my favorite ways to access the great Montana outdoors is on the water. I have years of experience as a whitewater rafting guide on rivers in Montana, Idaho, and New Zealand. I also enjoy sailing on Flathead Lake. Whatever access you choose, Missoula has got it. Our “hub of five valleys” includes the convergence of five mountain ranges, the confluence of three rivers, and is encompassed by seven wilderness areas. Missoula is also the cultural center for Montana and boasts a vibrant downtown district.

I attended the University of Oregon and Montana Tech. After university, I spent almost a decade working for the Department of Defense as a Mechanical Engineer, a career that took me all over the world.
